When we first started this 800 sft apartment renovation in Dariapara, Sylhet, our client’s biggest concern was simple:
“Can everything really fit into such a limited space without feeling cramped?”
The challenge was never the size—it was the planning.
Within the same footprint, we had to accommodate a living room, dining area, bedrooms, kitchen, and even a dedicated prayer room. Every square foot had to serve a purpose. That is why space planning became the heart of this project, ensuring that every corner was functional, comfortable, and free from unnecessary clutter.
The most rewarding moment came after completion, when the client’s initial doubts turned into genuine satisfaction. The compact apartment that once felt limiting has now become a warm, organized, and inviting home tailored to their lifestyle.
This project is a reminder that great design is not measured by the size of a space, but by how thoughtfully it is planned. Even a small home can feel spacious, elegant, and complete when every detail is carefully considered.
